Eagle industries H-harness. Modified by HubCity Outdoors. New surplus condition. The padding on the front straps has been reduced to come just over the shoulder. The front connection points have been reduced to a single 1.5" clip. The back panel attached to the side panels with swift clips. The rear harness molle has been reduced to allow for more adjustment. The purpose of the mods is to allow the harness to be worn high on the chest, or low on the hips.
