Used to be an fsp build but I had that chopped off so I could add the vltor casv rail. Works really well and is a very solid rail platform. No more than 500 rounds have been shot through this upper. Comes with the vltor flip up front sight, a troy flip up rear sight, stag arms bcg, troy ambi charging handle and a keymod weapon light mount.
