And a letter will be sent to the atf to have it removed from the sbr registry. It does have my name and city, state discretely engraved between the picitany rail on top towards the front sight. You can source your own 16” barrel from any rch/nrch 17 rifle and it leave it a rifle. Or do your own form 1 and buy the 12” barrel with it and have yourself a sbr.
