The RMSx is a sight for competition shooters and was developed specifically in response to the competition market's demand for a shield sight with a larger lens. The lens is 80% larger than the Shield Mini Sight range and is made from crystal clear tempered glass. Thanks to the larger lens, the RMSx helps our shooters find the dot earlier in many situations. Most commonly when entering or exiting shooting areas and when forced to fire shots without being in a stable position. This allows for faster first shot times as the shooter can find the dot sooner, and shortens shot-to-shot times as the shooter can remain on the dot during recoil. The RMSx follows the Shield tradition and retains the famous Shield footprint so it can be mounted on any existing mount or slide cutout for our Mini-Sights. It is carefully crafted to achieve a sharp, modern look. The RMSx will be the first sight to ship with our new increased efficiency LED, utilising the proven electronics that have allowed our shooters to fire over 70,000 rounds without reliability issues. Following the success of the Shield Customizer, the RMSx will be available in 8 colours and in the most popular dot sizes: 4MOA and 8MOA. With a return rate of less than 1% and a 100% customer satisfaction rating in a recent survey, Shield Sights proudly stands behind its products and most importantly its promise "Once a customer, always a customer". Mounts to SHIELD’s famous footprint. Utilizes SHIELD’s patented mechanism, enabling co-witnessing with standard iron sights, considerably reducing training times and costs. The mechanism uses no click adjustment, making it infinitely more accurate when zeroing. Octagon-shaped, crystal-clear lens with no filters to disturb the image of the world through the sight. Machined from high grade aluminium to extremely precise tolerances while maintaining an attractive, modern-looking optic. Weighing only 28.6g (battery excluded). Auto brightness adjustment, so it can always be on and ready. 20,000 hours in average daylight with a CR2032.
