All pouches are included and this is the 2019 variant (5.45) with two holsters, one for the flare gun, one for the service pistol. This item was received by me directly from across the ocean. Purchased it and never had a real use for it so it has sat in my closet here, I'd like to rehome this item to someone who will have more appreciation for it.
