New Palmetto State Armory upper receiver, low profile gas block (.750) and carbine gas tube. These parts were briefly assembled on a barrel but never fired (just hand cycled a few times). There is a cosmetic blem on one side of the upper which appears to be a machining mark, doesn't effect function (see pic). price firm, no trades.
