I had the hoop side of Velcro attached to the left and right side of the pack.I also added military style quick release buckles on the shoulder straps. The K3 pack was used one time and is in 99% perfect condition. It is free of rips or stains. The frame measures 24 inches and the waist belt is a large. This pack is like new. Good luck trying to find one this clean. This is a rare pack and hard to find. Please look over the pictures carefully.
