Eric Mercier (Marvel based builder with one of the best trigger jobs in the game) has done a complete custom trigger job on this piece along with a complete DLC refinish of the small parts. I can't post all of the paperwork due to TacSwap limitations but here is what was completed. I unfortunately bought the gun new when these came out and paid ~$2400. The complete trigger job was $575. The DLC and dehorning was $155. All in all, I've put >= $3130 into this along with months of wait time. Selling only to gain funds for medical procedures. - Replaced the factory sear with a new polished EGW Long Hard sear cut for a short roll with a primary measurement of .7805 and secondary measurement of .460 with half cock notch cut into the sear. - Replaced the factory disconnector with a modified and polished Cylinder and Slide Tactical Match disconnector to a length of 1.301. - Replaced the factory hammer with a new hand tuned Extreme Engineering Super match Commander hammer with .018 hammer hooks and half cock notch cut. - Installed a new Extreme Engineering strut with polished tip. - Fit new hammer strut pin. - Hand fit new Everglades Ammunition medium flat trigger shoe and hand tuned trigger bow. - Set trigger to a medium roll 3 pound .10 oz pull weight. - Installed, reprofiled, polished and tuned new Thunder Mountain sear spring. - Machine slide for Marvel Disconnector cut. - Machine disconnector to properly fit Marvel Disconnector cut. - 150 round test fire. Additional services performed: - Soften edges on thumb safeties. - DLC Dark grey trigger, ambi safeties, slide stop, and grip safety.
