It is a Pinch Lock rail in black, with their logo and CAGE code meant for their FN15 Tactical line of rifles. To the best of my knowledge, these were only available in tan, and not black. (Wedge lock rails were on the black rifles.) This is not a tan rail that’s been modified. If you know more about this, then please feel free to drop me a line and I’ll stand corrected.
