This is a complete Colt lower minus the trigger. Carolina LaserWorks UID sticker included. This is currently on a form 4 in ID. There have been a lot of developments in that regard as of late. This is professionally laser engraved with my trust info on the inside of the magwell. Extremely discreet. Upon sale, the appropriate notification letter will be sent to the ATF to remove this from the registry. With SBR federal laws on the cusp of changing with regard to engraving and perhaps Form 1 SBR federal requirements altogether, most of that may very well be moot.
