What previously was offered only to close friends, family and those who know a guy who knows a guy. I have a background in light armory work for the past 14 years (not full time), with one Colt Armory course taken at the beginning of my journey. My specialty is custom assembly service for those who lack the tools or ability to assemble AR-9's, AR-15's and AR-10's and other AR platforms. I also offer, P&W muzzle device removal, thermal fit upper receiver assembly, rebarrel, barrel dimple for gas block, pinned gas block removal (A2 fsp, DD gas block, etc), BCG rebuild (all springs, pins, ejectors, gas key removal and install with new key lapped and staked) and others. Lower receiver work requires the customer be present while the firearm is in my possession (NFA laws apply in Ohio..... unfortunately) If you are having trouble with a build, need advice or just want a rock solid build put together at a reasonable price and lead time, please feel free to contact me. If you are doing a build from scratch, I do not supply parts besides shop tools and materials. Upfront pricing: $80 Bench fee for full builds (upper and lower) $40 bench fee for just upper or just lower $30 BCG re-build (less carrier key) $50 BCG re-build (with carrier key) You must cover shipping both ways. You will receive all removed or replaced components back unless specified. I only use specific brand components in any of my builds for the following. Action Springs/BCG: Sprinco (I will advise action spring strength based on build perameters) All BCG will be resprung with Sprinco 5 coil extractor, ejector and gas rings regardless of brand) BCG: Microbest or KAK KSpec Minimum. We never take custody, accept drop-offs, or store serialized firearms or receivers. -Customer Parts & Compatibility: You are solely responsible for the legality, quality, and fitment of all supplied components. We make no guarantees regarding tolerance stacking, cycling reliability, or function across mixed-manufacturer parts. -Cosmetic & Mechanical Risks: Stubborn pins, seized fasteners, factory thread-locker, and deep cleaning can involve unavoidable tool marks or finish wear. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, stripped threads, or brittle parts failing during standard maintenance. -Assumption of Risk & Safety: Handling and discharging firearms carry inherent hazards of property damage, injury, or death. You assume all operational risks following service. We are not responsible for malfunctions, baffle strikes, out-of-battery events, or ammunition failures. -Limitation of Liability & Indemnity: Our maximum financial liability for any claim is strictly capped at the labor fee paid for the service.
